Abstract

We constructed and analyzed a computer simulator for forest dynamics based on the newly obtained information of the long-term and large-area census in the Ogawa Forest Reserve (OFR) plot during the period from 1987 to 1993. Our main objective was the development of new methods to estimate values for demographic parameters defined by field measurements.
