Anodic Electrochemistry: Recent Advances in the Total Synthesis of Complex Organic Molecules

  • Conference paper
Novel Trends in Electroorganic Synthesis

Abstract

Anodic electrochemistry holds great promise as a tool for organic synthesis. Recently, four new observations have opened the door for a variety of total synthesis efforts in areas ranging from the development of conformationally constrained peptidomimetics to the synthesis of complex organic molecules with central quaternary carbons. These four new observations are highlighted here.
