Abstract

The SugarBind Database (SugarBindDB) covers knowledge of glycan binding of human pathogen lectin adhesins. It is a curated database; each glycan-binding pair is associated with at least one published reference. The usage of this database is illustrated through four case studies highlighting the various ways information can be found, explored and/or extracted.
