Abstract

The diagnostics of small-bowel diseases has evolved since the advent of videocapsule endoscopy and balloon-assisted enteroscopy. In this chapter, we state pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, and endoscopic diagnosis of vascular, eosinophilic diseases, and inflammation associated with other diseases in the small bowel and the large bowel.
