Abstract
In this chapter the structure of UMVU estimators for the case of a finite rank class of distributions is completely and straightforwardly characterized.
The content of this chapter was written as a technical paper of the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences of New York University and presented at the IMS meeting in 1969.
