Here, we describe fluoroscopy-guided nerve block, intradiscal electrothermal therapy (IDET), intradiscal pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) for discogenic low back pain, and nucleoplasty for disc herniation-induced radiculopathy. We also describe CT fluoroscopy-guided nerve block for intervertebral disc block.
