Zusammenfassung
Es wird geschätzt, daß pro Jahr etwa 10% der unter L-Dopa-Therapie stehenden Parkinson-Patienten „On-off“-Fluktuationen entwickeln. In schweren Fällen zeigen die üblichen Behandlungsversuche mit Dopaminagonisten oft keinen Erfolg.
