Schwangere mit Drogenkonsum befi nden sich in „besonderen anderen Umständen“ und ihre ärztliche und soziale Begleitung stellt das Hilfesystem vor große Herausforderungen. Die oft schwierige physische und psychische Situation der Schwangeren bedeutet eine Potenzierung von Risiken für den Schwangerschaftsverlauf und für die Gesundheit des ungeborenen Kindes.
