Der Transfer der in GeschäftsmO’Dellen eingebetteten Routinen in neue Märkte stellt eine weitverbreitete Praxis in der Wirtschaft dar und wird in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur als „Replikation“ bezeichnet. Im wissenschaftlichen Diskurs wird dieser Praxis zunehmende Aufmerksamkeit zuteil (Winter/Szulanski, 2001), wenngleich festzuhalten ist, dass wesentliche Aspekte, wie etwa die Rolle und das Wesen von Lernprozessen im Rahmen von Replikationsstrategien bislang noch untererforscht sind.

Überarbeitete und erweiterte Zusammenfassung des Beitrags „Die Evolution von Replikationsstrategien“, der im 3. Band des Jahrbuchs „Strategisches Kompetenz-Management“ 2008/09 erscheint.
