Auszug
Mit der Konzeption des Controllings als Rationalitätssicherung der Führung adressieren WEBER/SCHäFFER das „Problem erster Ordnung“ — potentielle Rationalitätsdefizite im Handeln von Managern aufgrund eigeninteressierten Handelns und kognitiver Beschränkungen derselben. Analog dazu ist die Problemstellung dieser Arbeit, das „Problem zweiter Ordnung“, mit der Ergründung potentieller Rationalitätsdefizite im Handeln von Controllern nicht erschöpfend behandelt. Vielmehr sind in diesem vierten Kapitel Ansätze zu einer Sicherung der Rationalität von Controllern zu erarbeiten.
