Zusammenfassung
Die Implementierung von Controllinginstrumenten wird vielfach als eine herausfordernde Aufgabe von Managern und Controllern dargestellt. Denn Implementierungsprozesse sind von vielfältigen Akteuren, Dependenzen, Rückkopplungen, Verankerungen und hoher Prozessdynamik geprägt.2 Bei der Gestaltung von Implementierungsprozessen werden Manager und Controller der Vielzahl dieser komplexen Wirkungskräfte jedoch nicht immer gerecht; Implementierungsprojekte scheitern vielmehr regelmäßig.3 Trotz dieser Beobachtung und dem Aufruf von Wissenschaftlern und Praktikern, Fragen der Implementierung mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu widmen, „relatively little research has been directed to this area.“4
