Organisationen müssen ihre Geschäftsprozesse flexibel gestalten, um auf Veränderungen im Umfeld effizient reagieren zu können. Service-orientierte Architekturen (SOA) ermöglichen es Software-Funktionalitäten als Dienste bereitzustellen, diese nach Bedarf zu kombinieren und in Geschäftprozesse zu integrieren. Bei der Ausführung dieses Service-orientierten Workflows ergeben sich insbesondere durch die Verteiltheit der Dienste neue Anforderungen an das Monitoring. Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt ein Modell für ein solches Workflow Monitoring vor.
