Abstract

Increasingly, we find ourselves trying to do too many tasks at the same time and consequently feeling frustrated that we never get to the end of our to-do list. The most effective way of remedying the situation is to delegate some of our work. This isn’t, of course, always easy for the control freaks amongst us. Delegating shouldn’t be seen as a negative but as a proactive solution.
