Zusammenfassung
Gegenstand dieses Abschnitts ist die Darstellung der Umsetzung und Interaktion des Umweltrechts in Europa am praktischen Beispiel des Abfallbereichs, im Speziellen dargestellt an der Entstehung und Umsetzung von Rechtsvorschriften zum Verpackungsbereich. Den Ausgangspunkt bildet die Richtlinie 2004/12/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 11.02.2004 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 94/62/EG über Verpackungen und Verpackungsabfälle.65
