Zusammenfassung
Das mit Mitteln des BMBF geförderte empirische Projektvorhaben 3K ist auf die Analyse der Konfiguration, Koordination und Kundenintegration von internationalen Dienstleistungsunternehmen ausgerichtet. Es sollen vertiefte Erkenntnisse über die Gestaltungspraktiken, entsprechende Rahmenbedingungen und Erfolgswirkungen der 3Ks generiert werden. Das Forschungsvorhaben 3K wird als Verbundprojekt von den Lehrstühlen für Internationales Management an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Marketing an der TU Dortmund sowie Dienstleistungs- und Technologiemarketing an der TU München in enger Kooperation mit mehreren Praxispartnern aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich durchgeführt.
