Zusammenfassung
Den Begriff „Kommunikation“ bzw. „kommerzielle Kommunikation“ kennt unsere Rechtsordnung nicht. Unter kommerzieller Kommunikation ist diejenige zu verstehen, die gewerblichen — im Gegensatz zu privaten — Zwecken dient. Diese „kommerzielle Kommunikation“ unterliegt einer Vielzahl von nationalen und internationalen Vorschriften. Weniger abstrakt ist im Folgenden anstelle von „kommerzieller Kommunikation“ auch von „Werbung“ die Rede.
