Zusammenfassung
Unter Direktmarketing werden alle Marketing-Aktivitäten mit einer gezielten, direkten Ansprache der Zielpersonen verstanden sowie solche Marketing-Aktivitäten, die mit mehrstufiger Kommunikation diesen direkten Kontakt herstellen wollen. Direktmarketing hat das Ziel, eine messbare Reaktion auszulösen (vgl. Holland, 2004, S. 5).
