Abstract

“Climate change is already happening and represents one of the greatest environmental, social and economic threats facing the planet.” (Environment Directorate-General of the European Commission, 2010). The 2010 UN Climate Change Conference in Cancún Mexico has confronted politicians, media and people all around the world with that urgent and serious issue.
