Abstract
The questionnaire attached as Appendix O was on-line through a professional survey servicer from October 12th, 2008 until Janurary 12th, 2009. A total of 225 ILS experts across the stakeholder groups were invited. 46 experts answered the inquiry representing 20.4% of the invited specialists. The distribution of respondees among the stakeholder groups and nationalities is shown in figure 7.1:
