Zusammenfassung
Im vorangegangenen Abschnitt dieser Arbeit wurden die begrifflichen, konzeptionellen und theoretischen Grundlagen zum Feld der Organisation des Controllings gelegt. Controlling wurde darin als „[…] the coordinating function in a business, working in a detached and unbiased way, and charged with the responsibility of playing for profits and providing suitable profit control machinery” definiert. Organisation wurde mit der Summe aller Varianten der Aufgabensynthese und Koordination sowie die formelle Spezifikation von Rollen und Aufgaben für Einzelne oder Gruppen mit dem Ziel, die Steuerung und Umsetzung der Maßnahmen des Unternehmens bestmöglich zu unterstützen, umschrieben. In weiterer Folge wurden beide Begriffe inhaltlich konkretisiert, indem für das Controlling verbundene Aufgabenumfänge sowie für die Organisation dahinterliegende Organisationsvariablen erörtert wurden.
