Zusammenfassung
Wie wir wissen, sind wir sowohl durch die kulturelle Evolution beeinflusst – Richard Dawkins prägte dafür den Begriff der Meme, in Anlehnung an die Gene – als auch durch unsere natürlichen Dispositionen. Um keine utopische oder allzu idealistische Sichtweise des Menschen und seiner Möglichkeiten zu entwerfen, ist es sinnvoll, einen Blick auf die natürliche Evolution und ihre Gesetzmäßigkeiten zu werfen, um daraus auch Rückschlüsse für erfolgreiches Management zu ziehen.
