Zusammenfassung
Das Innovationsmanagement setzt notwendigerweise die Identifikation neuer Ideen für Produkte, Dienstleistungen, Verfahren, Strukturen etc. voraus. Ich behaupte, dass die meisten Ideen bereits in den Köpfen der eigenen Mitarbeiter schlummern und nur noch geweckt werden müssen. Die erste Phase des Innovationsprozesses beinhaltet daher die Findung und Sammlung von Ideen und deren Kommunikation. Es handelt sich um eine der zentralen Phasen des gesamten Innovationsmanagements.
