Zusammenfassung
Bis zum Jahr 2025 wird sich Indien nach Experten‐Schätzungen zum fünftgrößten Konsumentenmarkt der Welt entwickeln [15]. Die Mittelschicht soll von 50 Mio. auf 583 Mio. Menschen wachsen und die Einkommen werden sich verdreifachen. Die „kollektive Kaufkraft der Mittelschicht“ [3] wirkt sich auch auf den Automobilmarkt aus.
