Einführend zu Teil IV dieses Lehrbuches haben Sie erfahren, dass erfolgreiche Familienunternehmen nicht nur ihr Unternehmen organisieren, sondern gleichermaßen auch die Eigentümerfamilie professionell aufstellen. Ziel der sogenannten Family Governance ist es, den Umgang der Familie mit dem Unternehmen durch klare Regeln zu professionalisieren.
