Zusammenfassung

The discussion of system theory and cybernetics can be boiled down to a small number of basic elements that are key to a holistic view of corporate management. Controlled interventions by management are considered necessary, even though the basic strategy of cybernetic management favors self-regulation and self-organization. This can be explained by the fact that self-regulation and self-organization are built into the structures of natural systems, in direct contrast to those of technical or social systems.
