Zusammenfassung
It should be clear by now that any problem-solving methodology has to be designed for complex situations. Classic decision-making theory, with its analytical techniques and methods, alone is not in a position to provide corporate management with the desired support. An evolutionary, cybernetic problem-solving methodology should be used and constantly developed further (Malik 1996, 345ff. [19]). This systemic way of thinking attempts to combine analytical and synthetic steps.
