Zusammenfassung
Die Anforderungen an die Marktforschungsbranche sind stark gestiegen. Bis noch vor wenigen Jahren bestanden typische Studien aus relativ einfachen Befragungen, typische Ergebnisse aus einfachen Mittelwerten. Aussagen der Form „x% der deutschen Haushalte sind online“ und „y% der Firmen sehen optimistisch in die Zukunft“ stehen exemplarisch dafür.
