Zusammenfassung
Pogrammiersprachen sind für den menschlichen Programmierer das Werkzeug zur Formulierung lauffähiger Algorithmen. Theoretisch könnte zwar jeder Algorithmus in Form einer Turingmaschine beschrieben werden. Praktisch ist dieser Weg natürlich nicht durchführbar.
