Zusammenfassung
Die posteriore Schulterinstabilität stellt ein komplexes Problem im diagnostischen und therapeutischen Vorgehen dar. Ursache ist oftmals die Summe verschiedener pathologischer Erscheinungsformen und die operative Therapie mit einer hohen Rezidivrate verbunden. Die Schwierigkeit besteht in der exakten Differenzierung zwischen Luxation und Subluxation, traumatischer vs. atraumatischer Genese, Versehrtheit des Labrums und Bizepssehnenankers und fuhrt zu einem oftmals undifferenzierten Mischkrankheitsbild ohne pathologiekonformes Behandlungskonzept. Trotz Weiterentwicklung der diagnostischen Möglichkeiten in den letzten Jahren gelang nur ein kleiner Fortschritt im besseren Verständnis über den Zusammenhang der pathologischen Mechanismen der dorsalen Instabilität. Ziel dieser Studie war es die mittelfristigen klinischen Ergebnisse bei verschiedenen operativen Stabilisierungsmethoden an einer Serie von 30 Patienten zu untersuchen.
