Abstract
In this chapter, methodological details are presented. First, the recruitment of participants and the procedure of data collection are described. Second, an overview of the demographic, medical and psychosocial measurements is given. Subsequently, a description of the sample with a focus on the drop-out is given. Finally, the main statistical procedures are discussed.
