Abstract
Supply chain management aims for the harmonization and integration of business processes among supply chain members. While in the past, many supply chain projects focused on typical order management processes, the upcoming concept of Collaborative Planning Forecasting&Replenishment (CPFR) directs the supply chain integration efforts to the strategic planning level. The following paper presents selected results from an empirical study among 218 Danish managers and their attitudes towards inter-organizational supply chain collaboration and CPFR. The results show, that although there is a lack of CPFR-knowledge, the majority of the respondents showed generally a very positive collaborative mind-set.
