Zusammenfassung

Das Konzept einer störungsspezifischen psychotherapeutischen Behandlung wird in bezug auf schizophrene Patienten dargestellt. Es werden die der klientenzentrierten Methode zugrunde liegenden Theorien und Vorgehensweisen in bezug auf notwendige Modifikationen und Schwerpunkte, die sich durch Defizite, Problembereiche und störungsbedingte Erlebnis- und Reaktionsweisen ergeben, untersucht. Dargestellt werden: Empathie-Entwicklung, Defizite in der Entwicklung des Selbst, der Umweltkontrolle und der Strukturierung des Erlebens, spezifische Defizite und Problembereiche — Nähe/Distanz, Macht/Ohnmacht, Hierarchisierungsprobleme — und die sich daraus ergebenden klientenzentrierten psychotherapeutischen Konsequenzen.
