Zusammenfassung

Die Leber ist aufgrund der portalvenösen Blutversorgung der häufigste Ort von Fernmetastasen gastrointestinaler Tumoren. Lebermetastasen stellen auch die häufigsten malignen Lebertumoren dar. Metastasen sind fast ausschließlich durch die Arteria hepatica und nur gering durch die Vena portae perfundiert [1].
