Zusammenfassung

Autoimmunzytopenien, die als Anämie, Neutropenie u/o Thrombozytopenie zu Tage treten, stellen sich immer wieder als therapeutische Herausforderung der klinischen Medizin dar. Die dabei angewendete symptomatische Therapie greift zumeist auf empirisch erarbeitete Behandlungsschemata zurück, wobei nichtspezifische Immunsuppressiva, Corticosteroide, zum Teil Zytostatika, Cyclosporin A, Plasmapheresen, Splenektomie und auch Anti-Lymphozyten-Globuline als Mono- u/o Kombinationstherapie in wechselnden Formen Anwendung finden.
