Zusammenfassung

Die antiepileptischen Wirkungen von Valproat (VPA) treten verzögert ein und bleiben nach Absetzen verlängert bestehen [cf. 5]. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird dargestellt, daß für dieses Wirkungsprofil ein intrazellulärer Wirkungsort in Kombination mit einer verzögerten Membrandurchlässigkeit verantwortlich sein kann.
