Zusammenfassung
Nach Ruptur eines intrakraniellen Aneurysmas sterben etwa 50% der Patienten. Die Hälfte der Überlebenden bleibt schwer behindert (Hijdra et al., 1987a). Ein Drittel der chirurgisch behandelten Patienten erreicht die prämorbide Lebensqualität nicht mehr.
