Die Rehabilitation psychotischer Menschen ist in hohem Maße vom Team- Selbstverständnis und vom gemeinsamen Verständnis des Teams zum Patienten abhängig. Große Unterstützung auf dem Weg zum Team-Selbstverständnis sowie zur Niveaugleichheit des therapeutischen Verständnisses erlangt das Team durch gemeinsame Fortbildungen und der Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Sprache.

The rehabilitation of psychotic patients is highly dependent on „how a team sees itself“ and also on the understanding for the patient. A great support on the way to „how a team sees itself“ and to the conformity of the therapeutical level can be achieved by the team by the development of a „common language“.
