Die Korrektur hoher Kurzsichtigkeit durch Implantation von Intraokularlinsen in phake Augen

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine intraokulare Linse beschrieben, die der Korrektur in Augen dient, welche ihre natürliche Linse enthalten. Träger für die konkave Optik ist die Worst-Irisklauen-Linse. Diese Linse wird vor der natürlichen Linse von vorn an der Regenbogenhaut an deren mittlerer Pheripherie fixiert. Die Kunstlinse hält soviel Abstand von der natürlichen Linse und vom Hornhautendothel, daß beide Strukturen nicht beschädigt werden.

Die Linse wird durch einen Schnitt von oben über eine Sheets-Schiene ins Auge geschoben, dann in die Horizontale gedreht und durch zwei horizontale Einschnitte hindurch an der Iris fixiert. Von November 1986 bis Februar 1988 wurden vom Vortragenden (P. U. F.) 77 Augen von 42 Patienten operiert. Schwerwiegende Komplikationen traten nicht auf. Die postoperative Refraktion läßt sich vor der Operation relativ genau bestimmen, nämlich auf etwa 10% des Ausgangswertes.

Summary

Concave lens for the intraocular correction of myopia in phakic eyes. The description of an intraocular lens is given for the correction of myopia in eyes which contain the natural lens. Carrier of the concave optic is a Worst iris claw lens. The lens is fixed to the iris from in front with the help of small claws. It keeps an adequate distance from both the natural lens and the corneal endothelium.

The lens is introduced through a corneoscleral incision from 12 o’clock, positioned over the pupil in the horizontal meridian and fixed to the iris through two small further incisions, one at 3 and one at 9 o’clock.

From November 1986 to Februar 1988 one author (P. U. F.) operated on 77 eyes of 42 patients. Serious complications did not occur. The postoperative refraction can be precalculated fairly accurately: in two thirds of the eyes the calculation was within 1 dioptre correct.
