Abstract
The incidence of cervical myelopathy in Down’s syndrome patients secondary to abnormalities of the upper cervical spine have been well documented [3]. However, this study indicates that lower cervical spondylosis may prove to be more significant than upper cervical abnormalities as a causative factor of cervical spondylotic myelopathy in this group of patients.
