Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Begriff Osteoporose wird ein proportionaler Rückgang sowohl des Mineralgehaltes wie auch der Matrix des Knochens verstanden. Klinisch wird der Begriff Osteoporose aherdings viel großzügiger gehandhabt und auch für andere Zustände mit reduzierter Knochenmasse verwendet.
