Abstract
By applying path-integral techniques we recently derived a composite-meson model starting from a nonlinear quark theory with approximate chiral SU(2)f symmetry [1]. In this talk I shall discuss a suitably generalized super-conductivity-type quark model with approximate chiral SU(4)f flavour symmetry [2].
