Es ist unmöglich, alle Antihistamine einer Kritik zu unterziehen, denn ihre Zahl ist zu groß und nahezu täglich kommen neue dazu. Wenn auch die Zusammenstellung dieser Gruppe verschiedenartig ist, kann man doch eine Anzahl Nebenerscheinungen, die bei allen oder fast allen Antihistaminen beobachtet werden, in Gruppen unterbringen.
