Abstract

This paper proposes a concept for the integration of travel and tourism related information available on the World Wide Web by means of an intelligent information agent for travel and tourism services on the platform of the Electronic Mall Bodensee. The concept of the Electronic Mall Bodensee, the Intelligent Information Agent, and a specific application to integrate mobility and environmental information, are presented.
