Zusammenfassung
Circa 50% der schizophrenen Patienten entwickeln unter der Gabe von Antidepressiva psychotische Symptome (= Symptomprovokation positiv), wohingegen die andere Hälfte das nicht tut (= Symptomprovokation negativ). Die vorliegende Studie untersucht, inwiefern sich diese beiden Untergruppen in 12 verschiedenen computertomographischen Parametern signifikant voneinander unterscheiden.
