Abstract
We examine the theoretical interpretability and feasibility of a measurement of parity-violating electroweak excitation of the Δ (1232) via polarized electron scattering [1]. We examine the implications for hadron structure theory, and the extent to which we could constrain various extensions of the Standard Model.
