Zusammenfassung
Fasziotomie, Nadel„fasziektomie“ und Segment-resektionen versorgt man durch einen Salbentüll-verband und eine elastische Binde. Unmittelbar postoperativ beginnt der Patient mit Bewegungsübungen. Eventuelle Laschendrainagen ziehen wir am zweiten Tag. Obligat ist die Hochlagerung der Extremität und gegebenenfalls Antiphlogistikagabe (z. B. Diclophenac). Das Bewegungsausmaß ist unter krankengymnastischer Kontrolle zu steigern. Fäden entfernt man am zehnten Tag. Empfehlenswert ist die Narbenpflege mit beispielsweise Babyöl, Vaseline oder Melkerfett.
