Inwieweit Psychotherapeutinnen in der Wirtschaft akzeptiert werden und auch tätig werden könnten war u.a. Untersuchungsgegenstand im Rahmen der Studie „Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung als Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung in Klein- und Mittelunternehmen aus Sicht von Führungspersonen" (Graf, Grate 2003).1 Diese Studie wurde im Bundesland Kärnten in Klein- und Mittelunternehmen (KMU) durchgeführt.
