Abstract
In the paper the results of investigations carried out by the computer simulation method, the aim of which was to determine the effect of the supporting structure elements of the machine on the rotor vibrations have been presented. The dynamic characteristics concatenation receptance method has been employed. The rigid finite element method has been used to determine the receptance of particular elements.
