Zusammenfassung

Im Jahre 1965 beschrieben Bazex und Mitarbeiter eine psoriasiforme akrokeratotische Dermatose, die wie die Acanthosis nigricans maligna oder das Erythema gyratum repens Gammel nur in Verbindung mit Neoplasien auftritt. Aus der Literatur konnten 18 einschlägige Fälle ausgewertet werden. Sie sind von besonderer klinischer Bedeutung, da die Paraneoplasie häufiger schon vor dem Tumor klinisch manifest wird.
