Zusammenfassung

Die Erkrankungen, die mit einer Störung im Porphyrinstoffwechsel einhergehen, umfassen (Kuske, 1963; Lever, 1963; Musger, 1970a, b):

  1. A.

    Erythropoetische Porphyrien, die wahrscheinlich rezessiv bedingt sind und mit einer fehlerhaften Synthese des Hämoglobins in einem Teil der Normoblasten im Knochenmark einhergehen. Zu diesem Krankheitsbild zählen folgende Untergruppen:

    1. 1.

      Porphyria congenita (Günther)

    2. 2.

      Protoporphyria congenita (Kosenow und Treibs)

    3. 3.

      Koproporphyria congenita (Heilmeyer)

  2. B.

    Hepatische Porphyrien, die Folge einer Störung im Leberstoffwechsel sind. Als Sonderformen kommen vor:

    1. 1.

      Porphyria hepatica variegata (Waldenström)

    2. 2.

      Porphyria acuta intermittens (Watson)

    3. 3.

      Porphyria cutanea tarda (Waldenström)
